AFC DIDSBURY
MASFL Division One
Champions Season 2011/12

Founded in 2010 by their current player/manager, Adam Musson, AFC Didsbury were crowned champions of the Manchester Amateur Sunday League's 3rd Division (www.masfl.co.uk) in their debut season.

Season 2011/12 saw them achieve back to back titles, winning Division 1 and reaching the semi finals of the J A Kennedy Cup.

They closed the campaign 5 points clear of second place having Scored 83 league goals in 20 games and are now looking forward to challenging for a hat-trick of titles in the MASFL's Premier Division this season.

The lads have worked hard over the summer in order to prepare for season 2012/13. The pre-season schedule included a number of pre-season friendlies against Premier and First Division teams and a good run in the Keele International Cup, where they reached the quarter finals. AFC Didsbury are now looking forward to facing the best opposition that the MASFL has to offer.

The club are excited to continue the fantastic sponsorship agreement that has been formed with Fosters Fish & Chips and as always are very grateful for all the fantastic support from Gaz, Kath and all the staff at Fosters Fish & Chips, Didsbury.

Each season has been a real success both on and off the pitch but as always the development must continue if we wish to continue this progression. A handful of new faces have joined the club this season and we have had to say goodbye to a few too. We say farewell to those that have left and hope that the fresh faces will embrace what our club is about and we welcome them to the AFC Didsbury family!

May the club's history of success continue in Season 2012/13 - #smilesonfaces
